General Policies

All orders are subject to approval. A 25% deposit is due at time of order, full balance due prior to shipping. In the case of a cancelled order, the deposit may be held until a new buyer is found. Heinonen Guitars are built with great care to exacting standards.  It is my hope that you will fall in love with your new instrument immediately upon arrival. A two day (48 hour) trial period is allowed upon delivery. If not satisfied with your instrument within that time, you may return it for a full refund less the cost of shipping. After that grace period, it is at the discretion of Heinonen Guitars to offer a complete or partial refund. Export outside of the US may require addition fees for permitting and inspection.
